Frequently Asked Questions

When is it?

Tinytown Morning Services:

Tinytown Kidstown Klubhouse:

Sunday at 6:00p.m

What does my little one need to bring to the nursery?

A bottle or sippy cup, a change of clothes, diapers, pacifier and if they have a “lovey”, you’re encouraged to leave that also.

I’m nursing, am I still able to leave my little one in the nursery?

Certainly! We encourage you to sign them into the age-appropriate Nursery (so you can enjoy the service). When signing them in, please tell us that they nurse and may become hungry during the service. If they become fussy, we will alert you using their security number right away.

My two year old is potty training. Will you take them to the potty?

Yes, we certainly will. But, we ask that you take them potty prior to signing them into their room.

What is your Well-Child Policy?

If your little one is feeling under the weather, we ask that he/she remains with you to ensure the health of everyone else in the nursery.

Will my little one get sick in the nursery?

We hope not! We do EVERYTHING we can to insure that our toys are clean and sanitized.

What is your Safety & Security Procedures?

In order to provide for the ultimate security of your child while in our care, we follow a strict security policy.

*All of our Tinytown Nursery volunteers and staff have been through volunteer training and have been background checked.

*Parents may check their kids in Tinytown Nursery beginning 15 minutes prior to service starting.  They will do this using our “Secure Check-in” computer system.

*When you check your child in, you and your child will be given matching security ID #’s as well as a pager number.  When the service is over, you must present your ID # to receive your child.  Children are not permitted to leave Tinytown Nursery without the proper adult.

*If your child needs you during the service, we will put your pager number on the screen in the main service.

*20 minutes after each service begins, the children’s area is secured and only parents with security tags are allowed to access the area by seeing a safety team member.

*In the unlikely occurrence the building needs evacuated, all parents will be directed to the east driveway parking lot where you may pick up your child with the approval of the leader.
